We'll be honest with you. In this globalized age, most translation and interpretation agencies outsource. Bilingual Ideas doesn't.

Our team of language specialists are all people we know and trust personally. We're a small but dedicated initiative. And we do the work ourselves. By cutting out the middleman, we can guarantee you quality work at reasonable prices. That's the Bilingual Ideas difference.

Bilingual Ideas offers translation, interpretation, copyediting, localization, subtitling services and more. Although we specialize in academic texts, journalism and the humanities, our experienced team of translators come from diverse backgrounds which means we can handle almost anything you can throw at us.

Many of our translators hold PhDs from top universities. All of them translate only into their native language. Simply send us a sample text and we'll give you a free estimate.

Founders
Erika Cosenza has over fifteen years of experience in translation, interpretation and editing in English, Spanish and Italian. She is a member of the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters and of the Asociación de Profesionales de la Lengua Española Correcta de la Argentina. She has also worked as a lexicographer, developing several Spanish language dictionaries for a well-known Argentine publishing company. Erika hopes that someone will soon invent a waterproof computer so that she can combine her two favourite activities, translation and swimming.
Rebecca Wolpin holds a Ph.D. in Spanish literature from Princeton University. She has ten years' experience in Spanish to English translation and interpretation. Born in Canada, Rebecca has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a decade where she teaches literature, politics and history at a local university. She also freelances as an editor for a variety of publishing companies. When she's not at work, you can find her dancing tango.
Ana Saladino has over fifteen years' experience in Italian-Spanish translation and interpretation and a degree in sociology from the University of Buenos Aires. She has extensive professional experience working in businesses and law firms at the international level and has also freelanced for a variety of independent publishing companies, translating numerous texts and articles related to the social sciences. When Ana is not writing in one of Buenos Aires' many cafés, she can be found seeking out a new house plant at her local greenhouse.
